Founding forward-deployed engineer

Be the engineer who embeds with our first enterprise customers. Design custom integrations into their stacks, ship detections and policies in their environment, run joint incident response. You’ll own customer outcomes end-to-end and shape what FDE means at Wingback.

Founding platform engineer

Build the runtime control plane: the agent gateway, MCP proxy, policy engine, and identity/scope binding. Distributed systems in Go and Python. You’ll be one of the first engineers shipping the core product.

Founding account executive

Partner with the FDE team on enterprise opportunities. Sell into security, platform, and AI leadership at AI-forward enterprises. Founding-AE comp + meaningful equity; help us build the GTM motion from scratch.
